750m Swim, 12.4 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run. Team Captain will register the team. You will need their name, t-shirt preference, and USAT number if they have one.
Long Course Relay - Team Captain Registration
1500m Swim, 24.8 Mile Bike, 6.2 Mile Run. Team Captain will register entire team. You will need their name, t-shirt preference, and USAT number if they have one.
Running
USAT Insurance (if not purchased during registration)
Every person that registers will need to have either an annual USAT license (https://www.teamusa.org/usa-triathlon/membership-overview) or purchase a one-day license for each racer. Most people will purchase this during the regular registration process.
