About this race
Bridging the Gap Ride is an annual cycling event hosted by Motherland Cycling Club (MCC), that aims to bring cyclists of diverse backgrounds and persuasions together for a fun and entertaining ride where participants get to experience different cultures, eat, laugh and dance afterwards--all while also supporting a local charity.
Who doesn't love hardware? All registrants crossing the finish line will receive a finisher medal.
After ride entertainment will feature a DJ, food and raffle drawing. Get ready for a great time!
Bridging the Gap Ride #7 promises to be even more fun and exciting. We have added a complimentary second day of riding that is open to all registered participants for free! Please register early and share the word.

BTG#6 Long Route: 65 Miles
Routes can be found on the first page of the registration site. Pace Groups (avg mph): A+: 24+ mph A: 22-24 mph B: 20-22 mph C: 18-20 mph
BTG#6 Medium Route: 55 Miles
Routes can be found on the first page of the registration site. Pace Groups (avg. mph): A: 18-20 mph B: 16-18 mph
BTG#6 Short Route: 39 Miles
Routes can be found on the first page of the registration site. Pace Groups (avg. mph): A: 16-18 mph B: 14-16 mph
Early Bird Loop: 20 miles for 100 Mile Option
You must register for the Long Route (65 miles). This pre-ride of 20miles will start at 5:15am and should will loop you back to the start line for the 65 mile route starting at 7:00am. There will be no rest stop for the 20 mile pre-ride. Advanced riders recommended. Route can be found on the first page of the registration site.
Recovery Ride
We will have a slower pace recovery ride on Sunday. Rest Stop at 7-11, 20135 Morris Ave, Manvel, TX 77578. Light refreshments and cool towels will be provided at the end of the ride. Hope to see you there! Route can be found on the first page of the registration site.
