Starting in the charming town of Avalon, the race kicks off with a scenic run past the historic Wrigley Mansion. From there, you’ll journey into Catalina Island’s rugged Interior, tackling challenging climbs that lead to breathtaking peaks.
At the summit, take in sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, where, on a clear day, you might catch a glimpse of two other Channel Islands. The journey continues with a thrilling descent through the serene Wrigley Memorial, winding your way back into the heart of Avalon.

Trail running
Catalina Island Half Marathon
Starting in the middle of Avalon, you will run up to and past the Wrigley Mansion before you enter the Interior and begin a challenging uphill section of the course. Once you summit the trail, you will be rewarded with some of the most stunning views you will ever see during any race.
Running
Catalina Island 10K
Running through the streets of Avalon, you will enter the Hour Trail running the hillside trail above Avalon with magnificent views of Avalon Bay around every corner.
Kids Fun Run
All kids are welcome to run our 1K, parents may escort their runner and the finish will be back downtown where the fun will be.
