Cereal City Triathlon Training
About this race
Whether you're trying a triathlon for the first time, or a seasoned triathlete, training is always more fun with friends. This year's triathlon training will place you with a coach and a small group to help encourage you along the way. The training "season" will last 6 weeks starting the week of June 8th, 2025 and ending with the Cereal City Triathlon & Duathlon on July 19th, 2025. Each registrant will sign up for the day and time of the week that works best for him/her for a once a week group training session. A sprint triathlon training guide will be provided for individual daily training purposes as well. Registration is free for Cereal City Athletics Club Members, $10.00 for non members.

This group is welcome to all paces, men and women. All participants are required to bring their own bike helmet and swim buoy.
Monday Evening - Goguac Lake NEWTON/DELONG
Tuesday Evening - Goguac Lake - COOLEY/UNSER
Friday Afternoon - Eagle Lake (Fort Custer) BEECH/TIFFANY/OLEKSA
