CFNC Steps for Hope is a virtual 5K fundraiser dedicated to bringing hope and healing to individuals who need specialized neurological care but face financial barriers to treatment. Participate from anywhere and at your own pace. Whether you walk, run, hike, or roll, every step you take helps raise funds for the CFNC Scholarship Fund that helps us provide life-changing care to patients and families in need.
