20th ANNUAL RUNWALK FOR THE KIDS

Join us Saturday, August 29, 2026 for a morning of family fun!
7AM Race Day Packet Pick Up
8AM 5K Run
9AM 2 Mile Walk

Join fellow runners on August 29, 2026 for the CHKD RunWalk for the Kids. It's a fantastic 5K, 3.2K featuring a flat and fast course in Norfolk.
Races Offered
Running
5K
Participants receive race bib, shirt, medal, goody bag and (1) Free beer
Stroller Passenger 5K (3 & under)
All strollers MUST be registered, and will receive a race bib, shirt and medal.
Virtual 5K - Price Includes Postage within the US.
Can't make it August 30th; but would like to participate and receive RunWalk shirt, medal and goody bag by mail? Make sure to complete your run and email your picture to info@kingsgdaughters.org to receive your items. Your photo will be shared on the CHKD RunWalk for Kids FB page and IG.
