About this race

Our 42nd annual Christopher Martin’s Christmas Run for Children is December 6th!! The flat 5K course runs from Christopher Martin’s Restaurant on Upper State Street to Downtown New Haven, Wooster Square neighborhood and back. NEW THIS YEAR All participants will receive a long sleeve tech shirt!

Voted CT's best post-race party! As always, you can expect a great party with refreshments, live entertainment, awards ceremony and FREE BEER (for 21+). Festivities will be outside this year.

Early Packet Pick-Up Location: Woodbridge Running Co., 7 Landin St. Woodbridge, CT. Friday, December 4: 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Saturday, December 5: 10:00am - 5:00pm.

Christopher Martin’s Christmas Run for Children is an annual tradition for in the local running community that emphasizes the gift of giving during the holiday season. We hope to make Christmas a little brighter for children in the New Haven area by giving them a toy from friends and neighbors they have never met. Over the years, our race has given over 50,000 toys to local children.
