City of Sunrise Trick or Trot 5K Run Walk
About this race
Join us this year for our 10th annual family-friendly, Halloween-themed run/walk. We encourage you to dress in your favorite Halloween costume! When you post on social media, be sure to use #seeninsunrise #sunrisetrickortrot
Registration: $15 (prior to Oct. 1), $30 (starting Oct. 1) includes a t-shirt and commemorative medal.
Kids’ Dash registration: $10 (ages 10 and under)
Race Day Packet pickup opens at 5:45 a.m.
Race starts at 7:30 a.m.
Proceeds benefit the Paralyzed Veterans of America Florida Chapter.
T-shirts are available for the 5K in sizes Youth Large - Adult 2XL. Kids Dash sizes are available in Youth Small - Adult Small.
Please note t-shirt size is ONLY guaranteed if you pick up your packet at pre-race packet pick-up on October 15th!

Kids Dash will be multiple races: 3 & Under will run 25 Meters 4 - 5 Year Olds: 200 Meters 6 - 7 Year Olds: 300 Meters 8 - 10 Year Olds: 400 Meters **KIDS DASHES WILL START/END AT THE START LINE OF THE COURSE APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES AFTER THE START OF THE 5K**
