Club South Runners Freedom Mile
About this race
Club South runners presents The Freedom Mile. This is a series of 1 mile races and includes a parent-child ½ mile fun run. It is a point to point event ending at the Old State Capitol.
- 7:00 am Onsite registration begins/ Packet Pickuup
- 8:00 am: Masters/Grandmasters Male/Female
- 8:20 am: Youth (14 & under) Male/Female
- 8:40 am: Open Division Women
- 9:00 am: Open Division Men
- 9:20 am: Parent/Child 1/2 mile fun run
We have a shuttle bus that runs from finish to start for each event, except the 1/2 mile fun run as that is an out and back course.
AWARDS:
- Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, Grandmasters Male/Female
- 3 deep each age group Male/Female (under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-559, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)
- Corticates 3 deep Male/Female for 8 and under, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, and 13-14 years
- Finisher certificate for each child in the 1/2 mile fun run
