Coastal Running Camp

Get ready to run, play, create, and grow! AM Running is hosting a fun and energetic youth running camp designed for students in grades K–8. The week will focus on building confidence, healthy habits, and a love for running, in a positive and encouraging environment with peers. Campers will develop age-appropriate running skills through games, relays, obstacle courses, drills, and group challenges led by supportive coaches and mentors.

Throughout the camp, participants will learn important fundamentals such as proper warm-ups, pacing, running form, endurance, and sportsmanship. Campers will also participate in exciting team-building activities that encourage cooperation, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Campers will also enjoy themed crafts, engaging and motivating educational activities, some healthy competition, and of course, a daily snack.

Whether your child is brand new to running or already loves to race, this camp offers a welcoming and active environment for everyone!
