Columbia Track Club – Tuesday Evening Group Run

The Columbia Track Club is launching a weekly Tuesday Twilight Group Run starting in early November. This initiative offers a consistent, welcoming space for runners of all levels to connect, build community, and stay active as the evenings get darker.

When & Where

• When: Tuesdays, meet at 5:30 p.m.; run starts at 5:45 p.m.
• Where: Fleet Feet Columbia (south Columbia)
• Distance: ~3 miles, pace groups 8–11 min/mile
• Safety: Well-lit route; reflective gear and headlamps encouraged
• Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver each week. Members are already covered; guests must sign before running

Volunteers serve as pacers and ambassadors to guide, support, and create a fun, safe environment. Come connect with other runners, stay active, and enjoy a consistent evening run through the darker months!
