CoopStrong Four Miler
About this race
The CoopStrong Four Miler includes a 4 mile run, 4 mile Ruck, or 1 mile fun run/walk to honor the memory of Nelson Cooper. CoopStrong is a Charitable Fund that supports ALS research, local families living with ALS, and ECU scholarships. Join us on March 20th at 9:00 am at the Greenville Belk building!
CoopStrong Race T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by March 1st, 2027. A limited quantity of shirts will be available for participants who register after March 1st.
Packet pick up will be on March 19th from 12:00pm-6:00pm at Fleet Feet in Greenville, NC. On Saturday, packets may be picked up beginning at 7:30am.

Virtual 4-Mile (Untimed)
Want to participate but can't make it to Greenville? Do your own 4-miler wherever you are! We will mail you your ruck patch and/or t-shirt after March 1st. CoopStrong Ruck Patches will be guaranteed to the first 200 registered ruckers.
4-Miler (Chip Timed)
4-Mile Ruck (Untimed)
This is a 4 mile untimed Ruck. Participants will not receive a timing chip and will not be listed in results. Digital clock at finish line will display unofficial times. Rucks can be weighed and certified before the race. Official weights are 30lb if over 150 or 20lb if under. CoopStrong Ruck Patches will be guaranteed to the first 50 registered ruckers.
1-Mile Fun Run (Untimed)
Untimed event for runners and/or walkers. Participants will not receive a timing chip and will not be listed in results. Digital clock at finish line will display unofficial times. Participants have the option completing 4 mile course OR stopping after 1 mile when the course loops by the start/finish lines!

Your $100 donation will grant you a race t-shirt, CoopStrong wristband, and timed 4-miler race registration.
