Costume Crawl for Paila Month

RAISE Your Hearts Presents: Costumed Crawl 5K Trail Run/Walk
Raising Awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 

Participate in person or virtually - run, walk, or crawl… do it in costume! This all-levels event is about moving with purpose, not perfection!

Day of Registration: 8:30-9:30 AM

Start time: 10 am at the Van Scott Nature Reserve (VSNR) - Delaware Highlands Conservancy.

Costume Contest Alert!

All registered participants in the 5K Trail Run/Walk or the Meditation Walk/Story Walk are eligible to win medals for:

• Funniest
• Cutest
• Most Creative
• Most adorable duo
• Best DIY Costume

Swag: T-shirts and medals are available for the first 50 runners/walkers. For a guaranteed size, register by September 15th, 2026. Treat bags (first-come, first-served)

Join us for our Costumed Creature Crawl 5K Trail Walk/Run on October 31, 2026, to honor, remember, and show love for ALL of our little ones who have run off ahead.  While facing life after the death of a child can feel isolating, know that you have the support of the RAISE Your Hearts community. We can help each other ignite the light together. Now let's RACE our hearts out! 

What you need to know 

• Bring Baby/Hiking Carriers, as the trails are not stroller-friendly
• Along the route, water stations and first aid will be available.
• Reusable water bottles are encouraged.
• Registration Fees: $35 for adults, $15 for ages 6-15, and crawlers aged 5 and under are free
• Additional activities are available: 
  • Music from Keller Sound Entertainment
  • Nature Scavenger Hunt
  • Mindfulness Walk with Stations
  • Story Walk
  • Crafts Table
  • Light refreshments
