• Swim Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST
• Swim Wave 2: Men 49 & under
• Swim Wave 3: Men 50+
• Swim Wave 4: Women 49 & under
• Swim Wave 5: Women 50+
• RUN only: 6:20pm - 5K Run & 10K start at the arch
