A new 10K RUN for 2025! Please note that a portion of the 10K course will be on privately owned trails that overlook the Atlantic ocean. You will leave the paved roads.
5K Walk or Run
Kids Dash - Ages 12 & Under
FREE EVENT for ages 12 & under Registration capped at 50 participants. Each kid that participates will receive a medal, cotton shirt, and post race snacks. Kids run participants will not count towards the first 100 participants to receive a goody bag. Bags are for 10K and 5K participants. The kids Dash will be an untimed event for kids. The course will be a .62 of a mile = 1 K.
Virtual 5k/10K
Run or walk with us anywhere in the United States! Individual age group awards will not be given. Share your photos and times with us! Shipping included in race fee. Be sure you enter your correct address at checkout for your race items to be shipped to. Registration deadline for virtual participants is May 1st, 2025.
