CVR New Year's Eve 5K

Celebrate the New Year with Central Vermont Runners' 5K race in downtown Montpelier

                                                Start: 2 pm on Langdon Street in Montpelier

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged!

Fees: 

    Pre-registration:

          Adults: $15

         Children/students ages 0-19: $10

         Adults 65+: $10

    Race-day registration:

         Adults: $20
         Children/students ages 0-19: $15
         Adults 65+: $15

   $5 discount for children registering with their parents on race day.

Race Day Details:

Bib number pickup will all be at Onion River Outdoors: City Center, 89 Main St., Montpelier from noon to 1:30 p.m. on race day. Race start is at 2 pm on Langdon Street. 

Awards and after-race refreshments will be in the main space at City Center immediately after the race.

Important notes:

1. Please dress for winter racing!
2. Runners must stay on the course. Runners who leave the course will be disqualified.
3. This year's route includes a short spur and turnaround on Dunpatrick.  You can view the race map here.

Parking:  Runners should plan to use and pay for on-the-street and public lot parking in Montpelier as regular parking fees will be in effect on race day.  There is a parking lot directly across the street from 89 Main Street (Pitkin Court Lot outlined in yellow on this parking map).
