The CWRC Winter "Time" Challenge Registration is OPEN!
Dear CWRC Members,
As winter approaches, so does the excitement for our annual Winter "Time" Challenge! It's time to stay active, have fun, and log those minutes – because every second counts toward amazing prizes and keeping fit with friends.
🏆 The Challenge:
- Record your activities – run, lift, bike, swim, yoga, or anything Strava tracks.
- Every minute equals a point toward weekly and grand prize drawings!
- Only time spent directly engaged in the activity counts towards your time.
- Triple points for minutes logged at Loopy Tuesday, Trail Thursday, and Saturday CWRC group runs. You will need to enter these as triple minutes manually.

- Anywhere you like! Whether it’s on a treadmill, at the gym, or outdoors, every minute matters.
🗓️ Dates to Remember:
- The challenge runs from December 21, 2026, to March 19, 2027. Mark your calendars and join us for an unforgettable winter season!

- Swag will be available for in-person pickup only at Tuesday or Saturday group runs (no shipping) once the order arrives.
- Weekly prize drawings include 2 free entrée coupons to Piada Italian Street Food and chances to win Columbus Running Company gift cards!
- Grand prizes drawings await participants who attend at least five in-person group runs and maintain a current registration on the CWRC RunSignUp Roster.
💰 Free Entry:
Your $125 coupon code is a golden ticket for you and a friend. On 12/1, the initial emails will go to all active members in the CWRC RunSignUp 2027 Roster. If you weren't registered in time, please ask a CWRC friend to lend you their second activation code in the CWRC Facebook Discussion Group.
Both groups are free to join. CWRC RunSignUp registration for the 2027 Season is required to participate in group runs and be eligible for prizes.
