Cycle for Shelter - Emmaus, Inc.
About this race
Join Emmaus for the 38th Annual Cycle for Shelter on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Since 1989, this signature fundraising event has raised more than $2.4 million to support Emmaus' mission of helping individuals and families overcome homelessness. The event brings together cyclists, volunteers, sponsors, and community members for a day of scenic riding, community spirit, and giving back.
Participants can choose from scenic 3-, 15-, 35-, 62-, or 100-mile routes through the Merrimack Valley, or ride virtually from anywhere. The 3-Mile Family Ride is perfect for riders of all ages and includes a bike safety lesson and a fun bike decorating contest before the ride begins. All participants will enjoy fully supported routes with rest stops and wellness stations before celebrating at the finish line with a complimentary cookout, lawn games, music, family-friendly activities, and more. Every mile ridden and every dollar raised helps provide emergency shelter, affordable housing, and supportive services for those in need.
