Fast Track

This program is designed for runners who are currently capable of running at least a 5K, and will focus on improving runners’ speed and strength for distances greater than 5K. Training runs will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm, starting at Norbuck Park. All registered participants will receive a welcome email with important links, instructions and an invitation to join the Facebook group by 6/1/24. Training plans and workout schedule will be posted to the Facebook Groups for reference. Note: We will not have a group run on July 4th. DRC policy is to cancel group runs when heat index is 105 or higher.
