About the Event
That Dam Duck Race benefits Joey’s Jackets. Our son Joey drowned at Quemahoning in 2018 with his life jacket on his paddle board. He was excellent swimmer and thought he didn’t need it. In 2024 we started Joey’sJackets do we could give away life jackets to anyone who needs one, we supply 6 life jacket loaner stands at different parks and travel to schools, churches, whoever will listen to water safety presentations. This is our fundraiser. That dam Duck weekend at the Que. we do a ducky dive later in the day also.
7 AM Start:
Join fellow runners on July 11, 2026 for the Dam Duck Race. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Hollsopple.
