The Dash 'N Splash returns to Old Trace Park in Ridgeland, MS on June 27, 2026. 5K race begins at 8:30 am.
Packet pick-up will take place at Fleet Feet in Ridgeland from 10am-6pm Friday June 26th and on June 27th 6:30am-8am at Old Trace Park.

Dash ’N Splash is a family-friendly, inclusive 5K designed for participants of all abilities. The event is chip-timed and open to runners, walkers, and wheelchair/survivor participants, all starting together. Wheelchair users and survivors will be invited to line up at the front of the start line and will be recognized with separate awards. Participation type (run, walk, or wheelchair/survivor) is selected during registration to ensure accurate results and awards. The course is paved and accessible, with optional splash zones, waterslides, and water activities along the route and at the finish area. Getting wet is part of the fun, but it is not required. Participants are welcome to engage at their own comfort level, and staying dry is always an option. The Fun Run is a separate event and is open to all ages. Awards for the Fun Run will be given to participants age 10 and under. Registration fees for the 5K include all processing fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Wheelchair and survivor registration for the 5K is free. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to cheer, splash, and celebrate with us.
