Demarest 5K
About this race
The Demarest 5K is a long-standing tradition in the Northern Valley that inspire runners and spectators young and old. At our community event, children run in stride with their families and with seasoned runners from surrounding areas. After the 5K, the annual Fun Run takes place for all to participate in freely!
The Principal's Challange is a gradual training program that is run at each of the Demarest elementary schools leading up to the 5K. Demarest school children (K-8) participate and run weekly with their Principal and coaches to build healthy habits, stamina, and sportsmanship. Lastly, they participate in the 5K event with their community.
Join fellow runners on May 19, 2019 for the Demarest 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Demarest.

Principal's Challenge (includes 5K): $60 per Individual Child, or $130 Family Value Rate (3 - 5 family members)
The Principal's Challange is a gradual training program that is run at the 3 Demarest schools leading up to the 5K. Demarest school children (K-8) participate and run weekly with their Principal and parent/teacher volunteers to build healthy habits, stamina, and sportsmanship. This entitles children to participate in Principal's Challenge and the 5K. (No other registration is required.) The Family Value Rate of $130 is a great option for 3 - 5 family members. It entitles Demarest school students to participate in the Principal's Challenge and also for adults and children to participate in the 5K. (No other registration is required.) NOTE: To sign up for the Family Value Rate, each registrant must be signed up for the Principal's Challenge Event (even if some family members are only participating in the 5K) and select MULTI-PERSON PRICING.
