It became a movement.
Join us February 5–7, 2027, as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary Running of DONNA Marathon Weekend, featuring 26.2 with DONNA The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer® and a weekend of unforgettable experiences honoring the people, stories, and community that have carried this movement for two decades.
Whether you're chasing a personal best, celebrating survivorship, honoring someone you love, or joining us for the very first time, you'll become part of a community united by hope, compassion, and the belief that no one should face breast cancer alone.
Every mile helps The DONNA Foundation provide hope, support, and financial relief to people living with breast cancer while bringing us closer to a future where breast cancer is finished for all.
As we celebrate this extraordinary milestone, we'll be unveiling special anniversary experiences, exclusive commemorative keepsakes, meaningful ways to honor the people who inspire us, and unforgettable moments throughout the journey to race weekend.

NEW Pete's Bar DONNA Crawl
Sunday, February 2, 2025 7:30 AM Start Seawalk Pavilion 75 1st St N. Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Start with the Marathoners in Jacksonville Beach, then run, walk, or crawl along the scenic two-mile course, with an exclusive finish line celebration waiting for you on Lemon Street. After you cross the finish and grab your medal that doubles as a bottle opener, head into Pete’s for post-crawl festivities, or explore the Beaches Town Center for front-row views of the National Marathon and Half Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer. All registrants must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
DONNA 110 Mile-A-Day Challenge
Beginning October 1, 2024, challenge yourself and your friends and family to walk one mile per day for 110 days, finishing up just in time for the 2025 DONNA Marathon Weekend in February. This is the DONNA 110 Mile-A-Day Challenge. Results submission will open on October 1, 2024, and close on February 2, 2025.
