5K Training Plan

"Couch to 5K" participants are entitled to attend weekly workouts with our RRCA-certified coaches and will receive specialized training plans to help prepare them for the 5K. All fitness levels are welcome. The 5K course is almost completely protected from traffic with the exception of a closed street at the start and one street crossing with a course marshal near the end. Timing will continue for over two hours from the start of the 5K. The price includes entry into the Double Trouble 5K race, along with a tech shirt and chip timing.
