DRHS JMG & Positive Action Team - 5k Color Fun Run/Walk

Dexter Regional High School JMG and the Positive Action Team, are hosting the second annual 5K color fun-run in Dexter on May 30, 2026. This fun-run will be an event meant to connect our community in an exciting and colorful way! All sponsorship and proceeds for this event will be donated to the Heart of Maine Resource Center (HMRC), located right here in Dexter. The HMRC serves the communities of Dexter, Ripley, Garland, and Exeter and provides food assistance, low/no cost home repairs, and other resources.

This is a fun run/walk that is an out and back route. There will be a color station at each kilometer mark where you will be sprayed with a fun color!  

The first 50 registered by May 9th are guaranteed a shirt of their size.  We encourage you to wear the shirt for the race as it will be colored nicely at each station.  If you do not receive a t-shirt, a white or light colored shirt will show the sprayed colors nicely as well.

This run/walk will NOT be timed professionally. 

Check in, start and finish will be in the municipal parking lot behind 6 Main St. 

Strollers are welcome for both walking and jogging!

Start time is at 8:30am
