Mighty Mujer Swim Clinic 1

Learn proper swimming technique to ensure efficient and safe swimming during your training swims and races. This clinic will focus on beginner stroke technique (includes stroke, balance, and breath work). Participants will learn and practice basic swimming drills to help increase efficiency, gain endurance and correct form. Please arrive early and be ready to swim! Bring goggles and a swim cap. Space is limited and registration is required.
