Kids Tri

Long course – swim 100 yards (two laps), 2 mile bike, and .8 mile run Short course – swim 50 yard (one lap), 2 mile bike, and .8 mile run While the distances above are are noted for long course and short course we do not put a lot of pressure on the kids to choose one and stick with it. We have found, for example, that some kids start with one distance and may change to another distance halfway through their event. That's OKAY! Our main goal is that all kids have a fun race.
