- 1 of 5 Youth & Junior Cup races which qualify for USAT’s Youth & Junior Nationals
- One of the only adult draft-legal races in the country
- Unique 2-person mixed relay race
- Beginner-friendly youth & adult triathlon, duathlon, and run races
- No qualification necessary & there is a race for all levels
- Safe, loop course closed to vehicular traffic with hay-bales on every corner
- Previous years hosted athletes from over 40 US states and 5 countries

Non-Draft Youth 5-10 Triathlon
This race is a great introduction to open water triathlon with a fun, safe venue for ages 5-10 including a shallow man-made lake and the bike and run are on closed office park roadways. Ages 5-10 Triathlon: 100m swim, 5k bike, 1/2 mi run
Non-Draft Youth 11-14 Triathlon
This race is a great introduction to open water triathlon with a fun, safe venue for ages 11-14 including a shallow man-made lake and the bike and run are on closed office park roadways. Open to all levels! Ages 11-14 Triathlon: 200m swim; 10k (2 lap) bike; 2.5k run
Non-Draft 15+/Adult Triathlon
This race is a great introduction to open water triathlon with a fun, safe venue for ages 15-17 including a shallow man-made lake and bike and run on closed office park roadways. The adult race is the 2025 VA State Championship. There is also a duathlon [run-bike-run] option for those not wishing to swim. Open to all levels! Adult Triathlon (VA State Champs): 375m swim; 10k (2 lap) bike; 2.5k run Adult Duathlon: 1/2m run, 10k (2 lap) bike; 2.5k run
Draft-Legal Adult Female Triathlon (Ages 16+)
This event is a draft-legal event for ages 16+ (age on 12/31/25) This event is a draft-legal event, and new this year, will be open to ALL ages! Though traditionally used as a way for athletes ages 16-25 to earn their elite license, all ages will have the opportunity to compete in this unique draft-legal format and earn their elite license by placing top 3 non-elite US citizen.
Draft-Legal Adult Male Triathlon (Ages 16+)
This event is a draft-legal event for ages 16+ (age on 12/31/25) This event is a draft-legal event, and new this year, will be open to ALL ages! Though traditionally used as a way for athletes ages 16-25 to earn their elite license, all ages will have the opportunity to compete in this unique draft-legal format and earn their elite license by placing top 3 non-elite US citizen. Draft-legal rules/equipment are required. The rules governing all Draft Legal Events that are Sanctioned by USAT are the USAT Multisport Competition Rules as highlighted in the 2023 USAT Draft Legal Equipment and Rules Checklist. 375m swim; 10k (2 lap) bike; 2.5k (1 lap) run

Non-Draft Youth 5-10 Duathlon
This race is a great introduction to duathlon with a fun, safe venue for ages 5-10. The bike and run are on closed office park roadways. Open to all levels! Age 5-10 Duathlon: 1/2m run, 5k bike, 1/2 mi run
Non-Draft Youth 11-14 Duathlon
