**Bartsool to 5K with Coach Allison** Get race-ready for the **2025 Sole Mates 5K** with our fun, community-driven 8-week training program! From **Sept 8 – Oct 27**, USAT/NCSF certified Coach Allison will lead weekly Monday night sessions at Shoes & Brews, plus provide a personalized plan, encouragement, and a discounted race entry. All ages and paces welcome—whether you walk, jog, or run, we’ll cross the finish line together! **Cost:** \$140 - Includes both training plan, weekly coaching, and race entry • **Email:** [allison@shoesbrews.com] - with any and all questions. If you sign up for Coach to 5k option, additional emails will be sent from Coach Allison! You can sign up and join into the group at anytime even if it's after the programs start on September 9th.
BREW FEST DRINK PARTICIPANT ONLY
Non-Racing - Brew Fest Participant only. . All the brews you can drink outside in the expo area. Race participants already receive this within their race entry, no need to pay additional if you already selected elite or general entry. *Must be 21 to drink alcohol.
