Eel River Music Fest Rock the Run 5K

Lace up your sneakers, grab a few friends and join us for the Eel River Music Fest Rock the Run 5K!  

This fun run/walk event will tip our caps to past events by bringing together runners, walkers, families, and community supporters for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and fond memories!  While remembering how we got here, we keep our eyes on what is to come as all funds will go to support plans for future Eel River Music Fest Rock the Run event - and we have BIG plans!

Whether you run, walk, volunteer, sponsor, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps make a difference.

We can't wait to see you on August 1 for Rock the Run 5K!
