About this race
This is the 21st year for this holiday tradition. The 4-miler will get your Fourth of July sparkling with runners from Chicagoland and beyond! Set on the beautiful streets of west-suburban Elmhurst, the race starts and finishes at Elmhurst University across from historic Wilder Park. We also have a fun Kids 1K (ages 5-12). Don't miss the excitement. We sold out last year. Sign up today!

This is a well-marked USATF-certified course. There are two on-course fluid stations.
Kids 1K
This race starts and finishes at the 4-mile FINISH line at 8:20 am. Kids go north on Prospect to Park, do a 180 and run back to the finish.
