Ethiorado 5K Run/Walk!
Join us this fall for a community 5K Run/Walk in Aurora, CO — a fun, family-friendly event open to runners, walkers, and everyone in between! Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just looking to enjoy a morning outdoors with family and friends, this race is for you.
Kids 6 & Under – FREE
- Children age 6 and under participate free of charge. T-shirts are not included with free registration, but they may be purchased separately at the event.
This event is hosted by Ethio-Family Soccer & Athletics (EFSA) in partnership with Denver Medhanealem Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (MEOTC), and proceeds will MEOTC church building and facility development in Aurora, including new spaces for education and gathering.

• Included with registration: race shirt and post-race refreshments. • Kids 6 & Under – FREE: Children age 6 and under participate free of charge. T-shirts are not included with free registration, but they may be purchased separately at the event. • T-shirts will be distributed at the event. • Age requirement: Open to all ages; participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian complete registration and sign the waiver on their behalf. • Course: Loop, approximately 3.1 miles on [park paths / paved surface]. • Weather policy: This event will take place rain or shine. In case of severe weather, updates will be posted on the event page and communicated via email to registered participants. • Refund policy: Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable to another participant up to 3 days before the event • Donations: Optional donations can be added at checkout to support this year's community initiatives — any amount is appreciated. • Questions?
