F2BK Fun Family Fall Fondo 🚴🍂
Join us for the Fit 2 B Kids Fun Family Fall Fondo, a fun-filled cycling fundraiser supporting our Fit 2 B Kids 501(c)(3) mission of introducing more youth to the sports of swimming, biking, and running. Your participation helps provide affordable programs, scholarships, equipment, and opportunities so every kid has the chance to TRI!
Choose the ride that's right for you:

🚴 22-mile route
🚴 28-mile route
Our marked road routes feature some scenic hills that will give many riders a fun challenge. Prefer a more relaxed ride? You can choose your own distance on the flat C&O Canal Towpath, riding an easy out-and-back on the gravel/dirt trail. It's perfect for families, beginner riders, or anyone who wants a stress-free ride—no chance of getting lost!
After the ride, relax and celebrate with fellow cyclists over lunch at White's Ferry Grill, which is included with your registration.
Bring your family, invite your friends, and help us continue inspiring the next generation of multisport athletes. Together, we can make sure every child has the opportunity to swim, bike, run...and TRI!

F2BK Fun Family Fall Fondo - Age 18+
Ages 7-11 must ride with an adult and the C & O Canal Towpath is the best option. Fat wheels are best (not road bike wheels). Ages 11-17 must ride with an adult and can opt for the Towpath or a road route. Keep in mind that the elevation will make this route more challenging than most.
