Fairlife Lilac Run 5K/10K presented by Fleet Feet
About this race
The 2026 Fairlife Lilac Run 5K & 10K presented by Fleet Feet will take place on the FINAL day of the Lilac Festival at Highland Park. Both in-person and virtual race experiences will be offered! Join us for the 47th annual race on Sunday, May 17th for the in person Fairlife Lilac Run 5K, 10K presented by Fleet Feet and Tim Hortons Timbits Trot! Choose to run or walk in one, two (Double Dash) or all three events (Double Dash + Tim Hortons Timbits Trot)! If you register for the Double Dash and participate in both the 5K & 10K you will get receive a Lilac item and a custom medal slider. Register by April 30th to be guaranteed a t-shirt!
Time:
- 5K begins at 8:00AM (all 5K participants need to be done by 9:20AM)
- 10K begins at 9:30AM (all 10K participants need to be done by 11:20AM)
- Tim Hortons Timbits Trot begins at 11:30AM

Packet Pick Up Details:
- Location: Fleet Feet @ The Armory - 155 Culver Road Rochester 14620
- Times: Thursday May, 14 from 10am-7pm, Friday, May 15 from 10am - 7pm and Saturday, May 16 from 10am - 4pm.
- Race Morning on site at the Lilac Festival from 7am - 11:15am
Awards:
Male & Female Overall Winners in the 5K & 10K will win a pair of Karhu shoes to be redeemed at Fleet Feet
Age Group Awards will be given in the following age increments: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,70-74, 75-79 and 80+
- 1st place will win a pair of Goodr sunglasses
- 2nd place a $20 store voucher to Fleet Feet
- 3rd place a $15 store voucher to Fleet Feet
GIVEAWAY! Our friends at Tim Hortons are giving us 2 x $100 gift cards to Tim Hortons! One gift card will go to a participant of the 5K and one gift card to a participant in the 10K. The participant will be randomly chosen by their bib number and announced at the event!
Post party will include music, post race food including chocolate milk provided by Fairlife! Treat your body after the fun with FREE Normatec recovery sessions available provided by Fleet Feet.
Training Program: Train for success with Fleet Feet! Their experienced coach will guide you through every step along the way with the support and camaraderie of Fleet Feet! Choose from:
- Lilac 5k - This program is perfect for those who already can run 1-3 miles without stopping but want to get stronger for race day,
- Lilac 10k - This program is perfect for those who already run 4-8 miles without stopping but want to improve their Lilac 10k performance

Camp Sunshine is the non-profit of choice this year. Consider a donation with your registration to support their fully accessible residential summer camp that has met the needs of children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and city youth for over 100 years.

Virtual 5K
Take part in the Lilac Run even if you're not able to make the race in person or enjoy running on your own schedule. A virtual race registrant receives an official 2024 Lilac Run shirt, virtual bib and finisher's medal! Participants have from May 10th to May 19th to complete the virtual event and log their finish time in RunSignUp.
Virtual 10K

Join us for our In-Person Lilac Run 10K. Finishers will receive a Finisher Medal and t-shirt. The course begins on Highland Avenue near the Purple Crosswalk and takes a scenic route through the suburb of Brighton.
Double Up! In Person 5K & 10K
Join us for BOTH the In-Person Lilac Run 5K & 10K. Participate in the 5K and turn right back around and run the 10K! Finishers will receive a 5K and 10K finisher medals and one t-shirt plus and added custom pint glass giveaway. The course begins on Highland Avenue near the Purple Crosswalk and takes a scenic route through the suburb of Brighton.
