Feral Swan Trail Fest
About this race
Unleash your inner wild at the Feral Swan Trail Festival at Ringwood State Park from May 21–23. This three-loop cloverleaf course, has distances up to a 100K, including a 24 hour timed event with each race getting the full 24 hour cutoff! Every loop brings you right back to Squatch HQ with free camping, an unhinged aid station, and non-stop good vibes to keep the party going all weekend long. Whether you're chasing your first trail ultra, testing your limits or wanting to camp out under the stars with fellow runners and hikers, the Feral Swan is the best combo of community and pure trail magic. We are supporting our non-profit partner, Bigger Than The Trail with this Trail Party!

24H Solo
For folks doing the 24H solo event, you'll repeat the loop sequence as many times as you want within 24 hours. The beauty of a timed event is that you can run/hike as much or as little as you want; once you start, there are no DNFs! If you want to do 100K and it’s your first attempt at the distance, we encourage you to opt for the 24H event rather than the 100K race. The same goes for folks who are on the fence about whether or not they can definitely complete 100M. Doing so takes the pressure out of the equation and sign up for 36H! Your loop order is: Blue -> Pink-> Checkered
24H 4 Person Relay
4 trail besties can opt to take on the 24H Relay to complete as many miles as they can. The beauty of a timed event is that you can run/hike as much or as little as you want; once you start, there are no DNFs! Teams must establish a fixed running order at check-in. Runners must complete loops in this exact repeating sequence throughout the 24 hours. Your loop sequence is: Blue -> Pink-> Checkered We have four divisions for the relay options: - Co-Ed (At least 50% women/non-binary participants) - Open (Any mix of genders, including all-men or teams that don't meet the Co-Ed ratio) -Women’s (100% women/female-identifying participants) - Non-Binary (100% non-binary participants)
