Something big is coming! 20 Years - 1 Cause

Kick off your Cinco de Mayo celebration with the Fiesta 5k Challenge! 

We are on a mission to stop ALS. The Fiesta 5k Challenge is held in memory of Jon Blais, who died from ALS in 2005, and in honor of all who are living with ALS and those who have lost their lives because of it.

NEW LOCATION: Cumming City Center
423 Canton Rd., Cumming, GA 30040
Free parking is available in the parking garage and surface lots located within the City Center.
Restrooms are located on the lower level of the Cumming City Center

5K and Kids’ Fun Run options, as well as Virtual Runner

All participants receive a race T-shirt (guaranteed if registered by April 16th)

New this year: All finishers will get a finisher medal! (including Virtual Runners)

Join fellow runners on May 2, 2015 for the Fiesta 5k Challenge - Benefiting Emory ALS Center. It's a fantastic 15K, 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Cumming.

FIESTA 15k

The FIESTA 15k is the first race of the morning, is a chip-timed event on a rolling course. Runners must be checked in by 7:30am to receive an official finish time. No dogs, joggers/strollers allowed in the 15k. You must be able to finish in 2 hours, 15 minutes. Runners who are still on Peachtree Parkway at 9:30am will be moved to the sidewalk. This distance is for those who are going to run, run/walk, or jog. If you plan on walking at the FIESTA Challenge, we recommend you register for the 5k distance. Awards will be presented to the Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters Male/ Female, and Top 3 in Age Group categories of 5 year increments. The Top 3 Finishers (male & female) will also receive a TIMEX Ironman watch!

FIESTA 5k

The FIESTA 5k is on a certified Peachtree Road Race qualifying course. It is a chip-timed race and runners must be checked in by 7:45am to receive an official finish time. Dogs, joggers/strollers/wheelchairs are allowed so bring the entire family to run or walk! Awards will be presented to the Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters Male/ Female, and Top 3 in Age Group categories of 5 year increments.
