Join us for a community fitness event supporting Eagle Grove Emergency Medical Services! This exciting race offers something for everyone, from kids to adults.

  • 7:30 AM - Registration Opens
  • 8:00 AM - Kids Dash (10 and under)
  • 8:30 AM - 5K Run/Walk Begins
  • Awards Ceremony Following Race
