Kids Race
5K Trail Course
5 Mile Trail Course
Multilap Challenge- 5 hours (complete 50k to earn an ultra buckle!)
12-Hour Ultra (complete 50K to earn an ultra Buckle!)
FINISHER MEDAL FOR ALL!!!

Ready to test your limits? The F.i.t. 'Rock Trail Race brings a highly anticipated 5K, 8K, 12.9K, Ultra, 1.6K, Virtual Race to Cumberland on March 19, 2023. Expect a fantastic route right in the heart of Rhode Island.

Trail running
5K Entry
rolling start time from 9-10:30am, so start anytime in that range...you receive the 5K medal!
5 Mile Entry
rolling start time from 8-9am, so start anytime in that range...you receive the 5 Mile medal!
BOTH 5 Mile and 5K Entries
you will have entries for both the 5 mile and 5K courses...you'll receive a 5 Mile ankle chip and can start anytime from 8-9am, you'll run, return your chip, get a medal then put on your 5K chip and run anytime after 9am and finish, retunr your chip and get your 5K medal!
Multilap Entry - 2.5 Hours
you will start anytime after 8am and have until 10:30am to run as many 5 mile laps as you want...blocks with lap numbers on them and 5 Mile medal for all!
50K Multilap Entry - 6 Hours
50K multilappers can start anytime after 8am...you'll lap the 5 mile course...this time you will have 5 hours to START your final lap...so 2pm to start...50K buckles are the goal! ALL multilappers get the 5mile medal, a block with their lap number completed on it and 6 lap finishers get a 50K buckle!
Kids Race
kids can run anytime WITH A PARENT from 9am-10:30am they will receive the 5K medal!
Running
Virtual Race
we will send you a BIB, and the 5 mile medal...run on your own time, share your results to social media and tag us #doepicfit
