Fleet Feet Training - The Long Run
About this race
Cap off your training for the marathon in style with "The Long Run," a fully supported 20-mile group long run. Take advantage of the assistance of pacers, refuel and re-energize at the aid stations stocked with water and Gatorade Endurance every few miles, enjoy the support and motivation of the coaches, and relax after this "dress rehearsal" for your effort with post-run stretching and massage from Athletico and food and beverages to jump start your recovery.
