Food Allergy Awareness Walk

Please join us for a family friendly 1 mile walk to come together to raise awareness, support families affected by food allergies, and build a stronger local community. 

Food allergies impact millions of children and adults every day, affecting schools, restaurants, social events, travel and daily life. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive community while helping educate others about the seriousness of food allergies and anaphylaxis. 

This family-friendly event will include: 

-Walk participation for all ages and abilities

-Community vendors and resources

-Allergy awareness activities

-Teal Pumpkin Project awareness

-Allergy-conscious snacks

-Opportunities to connect with other local families and advocates

-Shirts for those that register

A portion of proceeds will support the Teal Pumpkin Project by FARE (Food Allergy Research and Education Organization) while another portion of proceeds will go back to our community to support food allergy awareness and outreach.

Whether you live with food allergies, support someone who does, or simply want to help make our community safe and more inclusive - we would love for you to join us.
