Pete, Louise, bring out the rest of your peeps... Jack, come back, the best 5K is back! Everybody cut FOOTLOOSE!
Join us, June 27th, for our Footloose 5K Rewind! This gnarley 5K run/walk celebrates the most righteous decade of all time! Celebrate with us the days of big hair, neon colors, leg warmers, headbands, and some of the best party music ever recorded. So gather up your totally tubular 80's gear, invite your gal pals and homeboys, and come on out to Lakeland Park.
Early packet pick up will be available at the Extra Mile Fitness Co., 1330 E. Linconlway, Valparaiso, IN on Friday, June 26th from 10:00AM - 5:45PM
Join fellow runners on June 24, 2017 for the FootLoose 5K. It's a fantastic 5K, 1K featuring a flat and fast course in Burns Harbor.

DRESS TO IMPRESS!!! Are you a big fan of the 80's? Show us what you got! The 3 Best 80's Bodaciously Dressed Men and Women will receive awesome 80's based awards!! All you need to do to enter is show up! For the Best 80's Bodaciously Dressed Contest, present yourself to one of the event staff at the race day packet pickup shelter. Our expert staff of judges will conduct preliminary judging of each entrant all evening until 5:45PM.

Kids Fun Run without Shirt
The kids will be participating in one lap around beautiful Harbor Lake in the park. 80's apparrel is encouraged! Also, we are offering youth sized cotton t-shirts! Order online while supplies last!
