Gobbler Youth & Family 1K Fun Run
Yes, the Gobbler Trot is a 1K fun run. Parents who register for the 5K or the 10K may accompany their child(ren) in the Gobbler Trot for free. This run is not a timed event. The first 400 youth finishers will receive a ribbon.

Virtual 5K & 10K
Virtual Trot If you cannot make it to the Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot, you can run with us wherever you may be on Thanksgiving Day. This is a great opportunity for you to get your 40th anniversary T-Shirt and race bib so you and your family can keep the tradition alive even if you can’t make it to the big event this year. Virtual Trot FAQ’s Q: What is the "Virtual Turkey Trot"? A: The "virtual" part means that instead of running the streets of Fort Worth in our event on thanksgiving morning, you can run or walk the 5K or 10K distance from anywhere. Q: What's the swag? A: All registrations for any category will receive a 40th Anniversary 100% cotton, long-sleeved Trot shirt and a race bib. Q: Can I win an age group medal for my virtual time? A: Only timed runners at the Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot will be eligible for age group awards or finisher medals.
