Run Forward 5K is a community event hosted by New Zion’s Health & Wellness Ministry to promote healthy living, fellowship, and overall wellness. Whether you’re an experienced runner or simply enjoy walking, this event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Join your church family as we come together to encourage one another, stay active, and take positive steps toward a healthier lifestyle and move Forward!
