Fourth Annual Santa Stampede Fun Run & Walk
A town full of Santas, a little movement and plenty of holiday cheer!
Join Fleet Feet New Smyrna Beach, Stink and Drink Run Club and New Smyrna Beach Brewing for our fourth annual Santa Stampede, a holiday group run and walk raising money for the PETALS Program of Volusia County Schools. This is not a race. There's no timing, no results and no prizes for finishing first. It's simply a festive evening moving through New Smyrna Beach together. Walk it, jog it or run it at whatever pace feels good. All faces, all paces, all Santas are welcome!
The evening: Saturday, December 19 Meet at Fleet Feet New Smyrna Beach, 433 Canal St, at 4:00 PM to pick up your Santa suit. We'll head out together at 5:00 PM, with 1-mile, 5K and 4-mile route options, finishing at New Smyrna Beach Brewing for post-run drinks and holiday cheer.
Safety first, fun always
Our route is on open public roads and sidewalks, not closed streets. Please follow all traffic laws, stay on sidewalks where available and use crosswalks.
It will be getting dark, so lights are a must. Bring a headlamp, blinking lights or reflective gear so you can see and be seen. We also have plenty available for you to purchase.
Stay with the group, look out for each other and keep it friendly. There's no need to rush.
Santa suits can be bulky, so wear your running shoes and move at a comfortable pace.
