🎉 Get ready to turn up the volume at this year’s Fox Trot 5K on Saturday, September 26th, where we’re throwing it back and inviting you to “Race Through the ‘80s!” 🎧⚡🏃♀️
Picture this: neon lights, leg warmers, and the electric sound of iconic ‘80s hits pumping through the air. As you lace up those sneakers, you’ll be transported to the decade of big hair, bold colors, and nonstop energy. 💥🕶️
But this race isn’t just about the totally rad outfits or throwback jams – it’s about the energy, the laughs, and the community spirit as we run, jog, walk, and roll through the 5K course together. Themed water stations will keep you refreshed and energized, and the finish line celebration? Next-level awesome – with confetti, photo ops, and maybe even a dance-off to your favorite ‘80s hits! 🎤✨
So break out the neon, windbreakers, scrunchies, and sweatbands – or go full ‘80s icon in denim, lace, and bold prints. Whether you're channeling your inner Madonna, Michael Jackson, or rocking out like a true retro star, this Fox Trot 5K will be a blast from the past you won’t want to miss! 🎶🔥

This race is part of the Cen-Tex series. Points may only be earned in one event. The live 5K results take precedence over others if multiple events are completed. Shirts are guaranteed if registered by Sept 15. Very limited quantities available after this date. Age groups: 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29 etc. to 70+ Awards: Overall M/F; top 3 M/F per age group. Runners self-report their times between Sept. 1-30. Results will be published Oct. 1.

This race is part of the Cen-Tex series. Shirts are guaranteed if registered by Sept 15. Very limited quantities available after this date. Age groups: 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29 etc. to 70+ Awards: Overall M/F; top 3 M/F per age group. This is a chip-timed race. Packet pick-up and race-day registration will run from 7:30-8:45am. Cash, check and credit accepted.
Live 1K
This is an untimed, just for fun event. There will be no age groups or awards.
