About this race
This is an out and back Run / Walk 5K / 10K course on the path at Pompano Air Park ....We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. We ask that all participants back up their start time to finish by 8:30 AM. This is a Non Scored Event ... spread the word and let's have some fun.
Join fellow runners on July 1, 2023 for the FREEDOM 5K & 10K. It's a fantastic 5K, 10K featuring a flat and fast course in Pompano Beach.

Each participant will receive a race medal and a Signature Bib. This is an out and back course at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park on A1A across from the Bahia Mar Marina @ 1100 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
