From inflatable attractions and face painting to live music, cotton candy, and plenty of surprises, the festival is built around one powerful idea: friendship is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

At Friendship Circle, we create inclusive friendships between people with and without disabilities through over‑the‑top fun that highlights every individual’s unique abilities. Whether you run, walk, roll, or cheer, you’ll be part of a community that celebrates connection, acceptance, and belonging.

Every registered participant in the 5K or 1K will receive a custom Friendship Circle KC race‑day t‑shirt and a Finisher Medal as a wearable reminder of your accomplishment and your support for inclusion.

Friendship Circle is open to all, regardless of religion, race, or ethnicity. Friendship Circle of Kansas City is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and every step you take helps us expand programs that bring people together and change lives.
