This June, we’re turning the pavement into a strategic battlefield. Frontrunner Grind returns with a tactical twist: a month-long running odyssey where every kilometer promotes your rank. From the opening "Pawn" moves to "Grandmaster" status, it’s time to plot your path to the finish line.

 
The Milestone Groups
Accumulate your total June mileage and claim your rank:

50 km – Pawn
100 km – Knight
150 km – Bishop
200 km – Rook
250 km – Queen
300 km – Grandmaster
 
Weekly Strategy Challenges
Keep your engagement high with themed challenges and weekly spot prizes:

Week 1 (June 1–7): Pawn Opening

Theme: Small steps win games.
Challenge: Complete 5 separate runs this week.
Week 2 (June 8–14): Knight Moves

Theme: Move differently.
Challenge: Complete a run that changes direction (out-and-back or creative loop).
Week 3 (June 15–21): Bishop Climb

Theme: Diagonal power.
Challenge: Complete at least one run with 200m+ of elevation.
Week 4 (June 22–28): Rook Power

Theme: Long straight power.
Challenge: Complete one long run (Casual: 12km+ | Experienced: 18km+).
The Finale (June 29–30): Queen’s Gambit

Theme: The Queen moves everywhere.
Challenge: Complete 2 runs in the final 2 days.
