About this race
The G2G Challenge is a unique opportunity to run two low-key marathons in seven days across two neighboring West African countries.
Designed for adventurous runners who love to travel and add new marathon countries to their list, this challenge combines exploration with endurance.
The journey begins with a marathon in Conakry, capital of Guinea followed by a second marathon in Bissau, capital of Guinea Bissau. Two countries, Two marathons, One unforgettable experience

This is not your typical marathon. This is a low-key, self-supported challenge with a mission to give back. We are seeking donations to help cover event logistics and to support the local communities in the regions where we run. Important Details: • ⚠️ Limited to 20 runners only on a first come, first served basis • 📍 Runners must track their own distance using a GPS device • 💧 Participants must provide their hydration and nutrition • 🎯 This is not a certified course, but an authentic running adventure through real Africa • 🎖️ Please indicate during registration if you would like a Finisher Medal or Challenge Shirt. Cost is USD 80 for 2 Finisher Medals and 1 Challenge T/Shirt • 🗼Please indicate during registration if you would like to participate in a tour package covering Accomodation in both locations, flight from one location to the other, excursions and ground logistics.
