2nd Annual Gansett Relays - India Point Five -a 4 x 800m Relay with Heartbreak & Nike Running

The India Point Five is a 4 x 800m relay race hosted at India Point Park. Designed to be fast, fun, and community-first, the race name is a play on both the location and the half-mile (.5 mile) distance of each leg. This event will serve as a celebration of the Providence running community with our friends from Nike Running and Heartbreak Hill Running Company, with a backdrop of our beautiful city's best view of Narragansett Bay. This event consists of 3 Waves, from "Party Pace" (10 Min Mile and Up), "Steady Pace" (8-10 Mile Mile), and "Blazing Fast" (7:59 and under), allowing for runners of all abilities to take part in this unique event. Teams must include four runners and must have at least one runner who identifies as a woman or nonbinary. Each runner will complete two loops of a designated course in India Point Park before passing the baton to the next teammate. All Runners receive a limited edition shirt for the race.
